Tie Rod Ends
The tie rod transmits force from the steering centre link or rack gear to the steering knuckle. This will cause the wheel to turn.. The outer tie rod end connects with an adjusting sleeve, which allows the length of the tie rod to be adjustable. This adjustment is used to set a vehicles alignment angle.The Tie rods are Forged in C-45 steel and ball pins used inside tie rods are made in SAE 4140. Ball pins are hardened and tempered all over to 28-32 HRC then induction hardened to 55-57 HRC . Inside mostly metal to metal fitting and also Nylon is used as per customer and climate requirements.All tests required for Quality check are done on in-house special purpose machines and also test reports are provided by outside Third party also as per customer requirements .All modern machines include CNC,VMC,Induction hardening,Milling,Grinding,
